Anne, Office Manager/Dental Assistant
In 1986, I graduated from the IPFW Dental Assisting Program. I have worked for Cooper Dentistry for over 30 years! I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters and my grandchildren. My hobbies are spending time outdoors, traveling, pickleball and competing in cornhole tournaments. So blessed to be part of such an awesome Cooper team!
Lela, Dental Hygienist
I graduated in 2000 from IPFW with a degree in Dental Hygiene, and began working for Dr. Cooper the same year. I am married and am the mother of three boys. I enjoy spending time with my family and gardening.
Janell, Dental Hygienist
I graduated from IPFW in 1993 with a degree in dental hygiene. For many years I have served as a part-time dental hygiene instructor at IPFW. In 1999 I began working for Dr. Cooper and also received my BS degree in Dental Health Education. I am married and have two sons. When free, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking, traveling, and shopping.
Cindy, Dental Hygienist
I graduated from IPFW in 1986 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I have been blessed to work with both Dr. Cooper lll and Dr. Cooper IV for 29 years. I have been very fortunate to work with great staff members and patients! I married Jake (Jeremy) on 9-23-2001. I have one stepson, two sons and daughter in laws and two grandchildren. I attend Central Ministries Church. I enjoy all music, especially contemporary Christian.
Tracy, Dental Assistant
I have been working as a dental assistant since 1986 and began working for Dr. Cooper III since 1997. I graduated from the dental assisting program at IPFW. I've been married to my husband Jeff since 1995. We have two grown daughters, Jordan and Savannah. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time visiting my daughters, traveling, staying active, attending Concordia Lutheran Church and shopping!
Aimee, Dental Hygienist
I have been a dedicated dental hygienist for over 30 years and have proudly worked with Dr. Cooper IV since 2020. I am passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles, and I truly love what I do. Outside of the office, I am a proud parent to two wonderful children, Brooke and Brett. In my free time, I enjoy capturing smiles in a different way through photography, with a special love for sports photography.
Dee, Dental Assistant
I graduated from IPFW's certified dental assisting program in 2005. (My goodness, how time flies!) I joined the amazing Dr. Cooper Dental Team in 2022! I brought with me knowledge from 6 years in oral surgery and 11 years in general dentistry practices. My passion is communication and genuinely connecting with people. Dentistry has definitely given me the opportunity to practice my "gift of gab". When I'm not in the office assisting Dr. Cooper, you'll find me enjoying what life has to offer and spending my precious time with family and friends. I am so very blessed and fortunate to be able to help and serve our community.

I began my career in dentistry in 1996 and have loved being a part of the field ever since. Over the years, I have worked as both a dental receptionist and a dental assistant, which has given me a chance to connect with patients in meaningful ways and help create a comfortable, positive experience from start to finish.
I Joined Cooper Dentistry in 2021 and feel so grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive work family. I enjoy helping our patients feel comfortable and welcome every time they come into the office. When I am not at work, you will usually find me spending time with my family and friends and enjoying the outdoors whenever I can.
